JOIN US Full Membership of the Association is open to all medical doctors, whether full time or part time, civil or military, who are interested in aviation medicine and in furthering the objectives of the Association. Associate Membership of the Association is open to members of other approved disciplines who are interested in aviation medicine and in furthering the objectives of the Association. The annual membership fee for both full and associate membership is currently £75.00 per year and the membership year starts on 1st June. The membership fee may be paid by cheque, BACS (electronic transfer from a UK bank account), banker’s draft or Standing Order. Where possible, payment by Standing Order is preferred, as it helps to reduce administration and costs, as well as helping to ensure that your membership is maintained. Cheques and Standing Orders must be drawn on an account with a UK bank. Overseas members who do not have a UK bank account may pay by either banker's order or using PayPal. PayPal is a facility linked to the eBay online auction company. Payment is made by setting up an account with PayPal, following the instructions on the site, and then sending a payment for £75.00 to our account at treasurer@aame.org.uk. The Association has to pay the PayPal charges and therefore we do ask that only those who do not have a UK bank account use this payment method. We are not yet able to provide online membership application.
